Delta T Innovations LLC is Native and woman owned by Heidi Tom. Heidi is a member of the White Mountain Apache Tribe in Arizona. She graduated in 2011 with a B.S. in Geography specializing in Geographic Information Science. Heidi has over 15 years of experience as an associate in the engineering consulting industry.

Heidi’s experience as a Project Coordinator has supported Indigenous communities throughout the US supporting the Bureau of Indian Affairs and FEMA projects by coordinating, facilitating, and planning for Emergency preparedness.

Ernest Tom

Ernest Tom, a member of the Navajo Nation in Arizona, graduated in 2012 with a B.S. in Engineering and 2015 with a Masters in Business Administration. Ernest has over 15 years of experience in the utility industry focused on Research and Development, Solar, and Coal Generation.

He provides innovative solutions to some of the most cutting edge challenges. Ernie specializes in big data analytics, project implementation, and solar performance optimization.
